Welcome to SmartRideAI. By creating an account ("Garage"), registering a vehicle ("Identity"), or purchasing our NFC hardware ("SmartRide Badge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The SmartRideAI Service

SmartRideAI provides a digital platform for vehicle owners to catalog, showcase, and verify the history of their vehicles. We provide tools for documentation, but we do not guarantee the physical condition or market value of any vehicle listed.

2. User Responsibility & Accuracy

You acknowledge that you are the legal owner or authorized keeper of any vehicle you register. You agree that all data entered (including BHP, modifications, and service history) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Deliberately falsifying vehicle data to mislead buyers or the community may result in immediate account termination.

3. The SmartRide NFC Hardware

The SmartRide Badge is a physical access key to your digital profile.

Installation: The badge is designed for automotive exterior use, but SmartRideAI is not liable for damage to paintwork caused by improper application or removal.
Connectivity: The badge requires an NFC-enabled smartphone to function. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device model.
Loss/Theft: If your badge is stolen, you must reset your profile link in the Dashboard immediately.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is paramount.

Public Visibility: By setting your vehicle to "Public" or "For Sale", you consent to sharing your vehicle's specs, photos, and approximate location (City) with the global web.
Personal Data: We never sell your personal email or home address to third-party advertisers.
The Right to be Forgotten: You may delete your digital garage at any time, which will permanently erase your data from our servers.

5. Marketplace & Sales

SmartRideAI is a venue for connecting enthusiasts. We are not a broker or dealer. Any transaction entered into with another user is solely between you and that user. We bear no responsibility for financial losses or disputes arising from private sales.
